Selection Procedure
Selection for this OPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor Jobs will be made on the basis of Written examination and Viva Voce Test. After the announcement of OPSC Exam result, the shortlisted candidates only will be called for Viva-Voce Test and those candidates are required to submit a Hard copy of online application form along with photocopies of all the relevant documents.
Written exam will be conducted for 130 Marks out of which 45 marks are for the Code of criminal Procedure-1973, 40 Marks for The evidence Act-1872 and 45 Marks for Indian Penal Code-1860. The Viva-voce will be conducted for 20 marks.
The Written exam will be conducted at Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur. In case the number of candidates is less in the Zone of Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar and Sambalpur, those candidates who opted for these Zones will be accommodated at Cuttack
