- Should have speed of 120 WPM or above in English Shorthand and 50 WPM in English Typing
- Possess Computer Certificate about proficiency in operation of Word Processor in Windows, and Linux in addition to MS Office, MS Word, Wordstar-7 and Open Office Org
Experience requirements:
- Above mentioned educational requirements is relaxable for candidates those who are already working as Lower Grade Stenographer for 10 Years or as Higher Grade Stenographer for 8 or more years (OR) For those who are having 10 Years of experience as Stenographer in the High Court / any other court/tribunal / Office of the Advocate General/Government Pleader

How will be the selection Procedure?
Selection for this Bombay High Court Personal Assistant Jobs will be made on the basis of Shorthand Test, Typing Test and Viva Voce. The pattern of Selection procedure is as follows,
A) Shorthand Test – Dictation of two passages in English containing total 600 words for transcription to ascertain the speed in Shorthand (For 40 Marks )
B) Tying Test – Passage in English containing 500 words for typing to ascertain typing speed (For 40 Marks)
C) Viva Voce
Candidates those who qualify in the Shorthand and Typing test only will be called for Viva Voce.
