Indian Railway Vacancy notification has been issued for filling two posts of Cultural Quota of Eastern Railway for the year 2017-18. One post for Classical Dance (Bharat Natyam) and One post for Instrumental Music- Guitar. Candidates between 18 to 28 years of age and those who have completed 12th pass with minimum 50% marks and Degree/Diploma Certificate in respective discipline can apply for this Eastern Railway Cultural Quota Vacancy 2017. Selection for these posts will be made on the basis of written test and Talent Assessment. The selected candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 + Grade pay of Rs.1900/- Those who are willing to apply for this Eastern Railway Vacancy have to submit the application form before 7th August 2017

How will be the selection Procedure?
Selection for this Railway Cultural Quota Vacancy will be made on the basis of Written Test and Assessment of Talent in the relevant field. The pattern of Selection Procedure is as follows,
I) Written Test – For 50 Marks
II) Assessment of Talent in the relevant field
a. The basis of Practical Demonstration – 35 Marks
b. Testimonials / Prizes etc – 15 Marks
