Reserve Bank of India Recruitment 2017 notification has been issued for filling 02 posts of Legal Consultant in Grade ‘F’ (Legal Adviser) and 03 posts of Legal Consultant in Grade ‘C’/’D’ (Assistant/Deputy Legal Adviser). Candidates those who have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognised by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate and Post Graduate Degree in Law can apply for this RBI Legal Consultant Recruitment 2017. Name Of Post:
- Legal Consultant in Grade ‘F’ (Legal Adviser) - 02
- Legal Consultant in Grade ‘C’/’D’ (Assistant/Deputy Legal Adviser) - 03
Salary:
Post 1 - Rs.53.43 Lakh (Per Annum)
Post 2 - Rs.26.26 / 35.58 Lakh (Per Annum)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognised by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks AND Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognised university
Experience requirements:
- Legal Consultant in Grade ‘F’ - Minimum 15 years experience as an Advocate in a High Court / the Supreme Court or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank/financial institution /statutory corporation or in the Legal Department of Central/State Government or an associate partner etc
- Legal Consultant in Grade ‘C’/’D’ - Minimum 7 years experience as an Advocate in a High Court / the Supreme Court or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank/financial institution /statutory corporation or in the Legal Department of Central/State Government or an associate partner etc
