Educational Qualification:
- Head - Credit Risk (Corporate Credit) and Head - Enterprise & Operational Risk Management: Must be a graduate and must have additional qualification like FRM from GARP or PRM from PRMIA or Post Graduate in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Economics or MBA or PG Diploma, with specialization in Banking and Finance
- IT Security: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate in Science / Computer Science OR Engineering Graduate and minimum One year Diploma in IT / Computer Science
- Treasury - Dealers/ Traders: Must be a graduate
- Treasury - Relationship Managers (Forex/Derivatives) and Treasury - Product Sales: MBA or equivalent with specialization in Marketing and Sales
- Finance / Credit: CA or ICWA or PG Degree / Diploma with specialisation in Finance.
- Trade Finance: CA or MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialisation in Finance/Trade Finance/ International Business
- Security: Must be a graduate in any discipline
