SSC Recruitment 2017

Staff Selection Commission – SSC CGL exam will be conducted on the month of June – july 2017. Candidates above 18 years of age and those who have completed Graduation in any discipline can apply for this SSC Combined Graduation Level Exam 2017. The SSC CGL 2017 will be conducted in four Stages. The completed pattern of this SSC exam is mentioned below. The SSC Recruitment 2017 will be conducted nearly for 4000 posts in Central Vigilance Commission, Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Railway, Ministry of External Affairs, Controller General of Account, Central Secretariat Service, etc. The online registration for this SSC CGLE will commence from 11th March 2017 to 15th April 2017.

Name of Exam – SCC combined Graduation Level Exam

No of vacancies – 4000 (Approx)

Job location – Anywhere in India

Method of application – Online 

Age Limit: Above 18 Years

Education Qualification: 
Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognised university

Pattern of SSC CGL 2017

Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduation Level Exam will be conducted in four stages 
I) Tier I – Computer based exam to be conducted for 200 Marks 
     a. General Awareness – 25 Question for 50 Marks
     b. General Intelligence and Reasoning – 25 Question for 50 Marks
     c. English Comprehension – 25 Question for 50 Marks
     d. Quantitative aptitude – 25 Question for 50 Marks

II) Computer based exam conducted in Four Different Papers
     a. Paper I – Quantitative Ability, 100 questions of 200 marks
     b. Paper II – Language and Comprehension, 200 Questions of 200 Marks
     c. Paper III – Statistics (For Statistical Investigator Post ), 100 Questions of 200 Marks
     d. Paper IV – Finance & Accounts and Economics and Governance (For Asst Audit officer in                  C & AG), 100 Questions of 200 marks

III) Descriptive exam 
IV) Skill Test based on the Post applied for

Candidates have to qualify in each stages of this SSC CGL 2017 to qualify for the next step and the final selection will be made on the basis of Merit of marks scored in all the stages.
