How will be the BSF Sub Inspector selection Procedure?
Selection for this post will be made on through three different stages of selection,
Stage I – this step includes written examination in two different papers, paper 1 will be objective type for 100 marks with 90 Minutes duration. The second paper will be of conventional type / Descriptive type for 100 marks with 2 hours duration
Stage II – Candidate those who qualify in the written exam will be called for the second phase of selection which includes Documentation, Physical standard test and Physical Efficiency test
Stage III – The Final Stage of selection which includes Practical test and Medical Examination

Height – 165 cms
Chest – 76 to 81 Cms
Weight – Proportionate to Height and Age
Women:
Height – 157 cms
Chest – Not specific requirements
Weight – According to height but should not be less than 46 kgs
