Educational Requirements for TNHB Assistant / Surveyor / Engineer jobs
1. Assistant Engineer:
Salary – Rs.9300-34800 + Grade pay of Rs.5100/-
Educational Qualification – Must have passed a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University (OR) Must have passed section “A” and “B” of AMIE (Ind.) Examination
2. Surveyor:
Salary – Rs.9300-34800 + Grade pay of Rs.4200/-
Educational Qualification – Candidates must be 10th / SSLC Pass and must have passed Deputy Surveyor, Grade I test of the Revenue Department (OR pass in the Civil Engineering Group Examination Conducted by the Board of examination, Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai.
3. Junior Draughting Officer:
Salary – Rs.5200-20200 + Grade pay of Rs.2800/-
Educational Qualification – SSLC / 10th Pass and must have passed the special examination for group certificate in the Directorate of Technical Education in the Building Drawing
4. Technical Assistant:
Salary – Rs.5200-20200 + Grade pay of Rs.2800/-
Education Qualification – SSLC / 10th Pass and Must have passed in Diploma in Civil Engineering approved by Directorate of Technical Education
5. Junior Assistant:
Salary: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade pay of Rs.2400/-
Education Qualification – Must be 10th / SSLC Pass
6. Typist:
Salary: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade pay of Rs.2400/-
Education Qualification – Must be 10th / SSLC Pass type writing Lower grade in Tamil and English and Higher Grade in Tamil or English
