Educational Qualification:
- Soldier Technical - 10+2 Intermediate Examination pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with minimum 50% marks (OR) 10th class pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 3 yrs Diploma in Engineering from a recognised university
- Soldier Nursing Assistant - 10+2/Intermediate pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks (OR) B.Sc Degree (Botany/ Zoology/ Bio Science) and English
- Soldier General Duty - 10th pass with minimum 45% marks
- Soldier Tradesman - 8th Class Pass. For House Keeper, Mess Keeper & Syce (AND) 10th Class Pass. For Chef, Washerman, Dresser, Steward, Tailor, Artisan (Wood Work), Artisan (Metallurgy), Support Staff(ER), Artisan (Construction) (AND) all other trades 10th simple pass/ITI qualification in respective trades
- Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical - 12th pass with minimum 60% marks Should have studied English and Maths/Accounts/Book Keeping in 12th standard
