Fire Engine Driver – 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs 2000/-
Fireman – 5200-20200/- plus grade pay of Rs 1900/-

Education/Experience Requirements for Air Force Recruitment:
Fire Engine Driver – 10th Pass, Must have a valid Heavy driving license and three years of experience in driving Heavy Vehicles, Must Pass the Indian Air Force Physical examination test.
Candidates will be preferable if they are having experience in maintenance and operation of various types of Fire appliances, Experience of having worked in a regular Civil or Defence fire Brigade as Fireman Grade-I or Senior fireman, Pass in the General Fire Fighting course of Defence institute or Fire Research/Ministry of Defence or sub officers course from National Fire Service college Nagpur or similar recognised university.
Fireman – 10th pass and must have undergone training in fire fighting under a state fire service or a recognised institute, Must be expert with the use and maintenance of all types of extinguisher, Hose fittings and fire appliances and equipment like fire engines, trailer Fire Pumps and Foam Branches. Must be physically fit and capable of performing demanding duties and should pass the Indian Air Force Physical examination.
Candidates will be preferable if they are familiar with maintenance and operation of various types of Fire Appliances, Experience of having worked in a regular Civil of Defence Fire Brigade as fireman Grade-I or senior fireman, Pass in the General Fire fighting course of Defence institute of Fire Research/Ministry of Defence or Sub-Officers course from National Fire Service college, Nagpur or any other similar recognised course.
Indian Air Force Selection Procedure:
Selection procedure will consist of two steps, Written Test and Skill Test.
Exam Syllabus for Air Force Jobs:
Written exam for these jobs will be based on the knowledge of minimum education qualification required in this job, it will include questions like General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English and General Awareness.
