All India Institute of Medical Science Rishikesh was inaugurated on 20-09-2012. AIIMS Risikesh is one among the six AIIMS established by the Ministry of Helath and Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swastya Suraksha Yojna. It is Located in Shivaji Nagar, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. The other AIIMS in India are Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Jodhpur, Patna and Raipur.

Age Limit: Below 62 Years

Education and Experience requirements 

B.Sc nursing from a recognized university or Registered Nurse and Midwife, with Sister Tutors Diploma. Candidates should have at least 3 years of work experience in Teaching institution.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected based on the Interview. 

If the number of applications received is large in numbers, Then candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on the Screening Written examination. Candidates based on the merit of marks scored in the screening written examination will be called for interview.

The appointment for this AIIMS Vacancy will be on contract basis, Initially for the period of 11 months or till the regular appointment is made for this post.
