1) Customer Agent
Educational qualification – Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university with Basic computer knowledge
Experience – Minimum 6 months in any of the areas of Fares, reservation, ticketing, computerised passenger check in/Cargo handling area with any airline/Airline travel agency or Ground Handling Agency.
2) Junior Customer Agent
Educational Qualification – 10th Pass from a recognised institute with basic computer knowledge
Experience – Minimum One year experience in any of the areas of Fares, reservation, ticketing, computerised passenger check in/Cargo handling area with any airline/Airline travel agency or Ground Handling Agency.
Selection procedure
Selection for this Customer Service Agent jobs in Mumbai will be made on the basis of screening of candidates. The Screening will be held on the same day of Air India Walk in Interview.
