Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university and three years experience as Steno-typist / Junior Scale Stenographer / on higher post in any Government organization or any other reputed organization with typing speed of 90 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed of 45 W.P.M. in English, on computer.
