Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited – OPTCL Vacancy notification has been issued for 150 posts of Junior Maintenance & Operator Trainee (JMOT), out of which 24 posts are reserved for SC Candidates, 33 for ST Candidates, 16 posts for SEBC Candidates and 77 posts for General Category Candidates. Age Limit: As on 01-01-2017
20 – 32 Years
Age Relaxation: 5 Years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women Candidates and 10 Years for PWD Candidates.
Education Qualification:
Candidates must be HSC pass from a Recognised board of education and National Trade Certificate in Electrician Trade from Institution recognised by SCTE&VT/ NCVT with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD Candidates)
How will be the selection for OPCTL JMOT Vacancy 2017?
Selection for this job will be made on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT), Skill Test and Career Marking. Candidates based on the qualification will be shortlisted and called for Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates those who qualify in the CBT will be called for Skill Test, The final Selection will be made on the basis of Merit in the CBT and Career Marking
Which are the centres of OPTCL Examination?
The computer Based exam will be held at Angul, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Berhampur, Rourkela, Balasore, Sambalpur, Jeypore etc. depending on the number of candidates from the respective zone.
NOTE: Candidates have to select the examination centre while filling the OPTCL Online application form and later the request for change of centre shall NOT be entertained
