Candidates between 22 – 35 Years of age and those who have completed Graduation Degree in Law from a recognised University Can apply for this UKPSC Civil Judge Vacancy 2017. Candidates will be selected on the basis of the Preliminary exam, Main exam and Interview. Preliminary Exam: will be conducted in two different parts,
a) Part I – will be General Knowledge questions for 50 Marks
b) Part II – Questions will be covered from subjects of Various Acts and Laws for 150 Marks
Main Exam: Will be conducted for 950 marks, the subjects included in the exam are
a) The Present Day – 150 Marks
b) Language – For 100 Marks
c) Law: Paper-I (Substantive Law) – For 200 Marks
d) Law: Paper-II (Evidence & Procedure) – For 200 Marks
e) Law: Paper-III (Revenue & Criminal) – For 200 Marks
f) For Basic Knowledge of computer Operation Practical Examination – 100 Marks
Interview / Viva Voce – For 100 Marks
