Eligibility Criteria for WBSEDCL Office Assistant Recruitment 2017
Age Limit: As on 01-01-2017
18 to 27 years
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST – 5 Years
OBC – 3 Years
PWD – 10 Years
Education Qualification:
Candidates must have passed graduation in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognised university / Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in HS level and must have passed certificate course/any other courses on computer

How will be the selection Procedure?
Selection for this post will be made on the basis of Written test, Computer Proficiency Test and Interview. Written test consists of questions from General Awareness/ Reasoning/ Quantitative Aptitude/English Grammar and Comprehension/Data Analysis, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency/ Computer Awareness. Candidates those who qualify in the written test will be called for Computer Proficiency Test in which Knowledge of MS Office will be tested
Pattern of WBSEDCL Office Executive exam
Written test – This exam will be Multiple choice Questions conducted for 2 hours duration, the subjects included in the written test are,
a) General Awareness – 15 Marks
b) Reasoning – 15 Marks
c) Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Marks
d) English Grammar and Comprehension – 20 Marks
e) Data Analysis, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency – 20 Marks
f) Computer Awareness (MS-Office) – 10 Marks
Computer Proficiency Test – This will be a practical test for 20 Marks with 30 minutes duration in which the knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint) will be tested.
