Candidates between 17 to 20 years of age and those who have completed Intermediate / 10+2 class of education can apply for this Air Force vacancy. Candidates those who gets selected for this Air Force jobs will get the stipend of Rs.11400/- during the training period and after the training will get the salary of Rs.23535/- per month. Candidates can attend the Air Force rally at Anna Stadium, Race Course, Thiruchirapalli from 20th May 2017 to 24th May 2017.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed Intermediate /10+2 or any other equivalent qualification from a recognised board of education with 50% Marks
How will be the Air Force Selection Procedure?
Selection for this Air Force jobs will be made on the basis of Written test, Adaptability Test-1, Physical Fitness Test, Adaptability Test-2 and medical examination.
Written test will be objective type with 45 minutes of duration and which consists of English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA). Candidates those who qualify in the written test will be called for Adaptability test-1 to assess the suitability of a candidate for employment in the IAF which involves deployment in varied geographic terrain, weather and operational conditions. Candidates those who qualify in the Adaptability test will be called for further selection Procedures
Candidates those who successfully completes written test and Adaptability test-1 will have to undergo Physical Fitness Test (PFT) on the same or the next day. PFT consists of a 1.6 Km run to be completed within 7 minutes. Candidates will also have to complete 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and 20 squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test
