- Principal - Post Graduation with minimum second class marks and Must be a holder of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognised University
- Kannada Language Teacher - Bachelor Degree in Arts with Kannada Language as one of the subjects or equivalent qualification
- English Language Teacher - Bachelor Degree in Arts with English Language as one of the subjects(OR) Must be holder of B.Ed Degree in English methods from the recognised University
- Hindi Language Teachers - Bachelor Degree in Arts with Hindi Language as one of the subjects or equivalent and holder of B.Ed Degree with Hindi as one of the method
- Maths Teacher - Bachelor Degree in Science with Mathematics as compulsory subject and B.Ed. Degree in Science methods from
- Science Teacher - Bachelor Degree in Science and B.Ed. Degree in Science methods
- Social Science Teacher - Bachelor Degree in Arts and B.Ed. Degree in Arts methods
- Physical Education Teacher - Bachelor Degree and Bachelor of Physical Education Degree (OR) Diploma in Physical Education from Government College of Physical Education

- First Division Assistant Cum Computer Operator - degree with computer working knowledge with one year computer course certificate obtained by a recognised institution

- Staff Nurse - Must have passed B.Sc. Nursing Degree examination SSLC or equivalent examination and GNM course comprising 3 years General Nursing and 6 months midwifery

How will be the selection Procedure?
Selection for this KPSC Staff Nurse / PPrincipal/ Warden / Teacher jobs in Karnataka will be made with the procedure as follows:
Principal – Competitive exam and Interview
Teachers (All Subjects) and FDA Cum Computer Operator – Written exam only
Staff Nurse – On the basis of marks scored in the academic qualification
Pattern of KPSC Exam:
The exam will be Offline-OMR type or Computer based recruitment test-CBRT which will be conducted in two different papers,
a) General Paper – For 200 Marks with 90 minutes duration
b) Specific Paper (Related to the post) – For 200 Marks with 2 hours duration
