How will be the selection Procedure?
Selection for this SSC Stenographer Vacancy 2017 will be made on the basis of written exam and Skill Test. The pattern exam is as follows:
The SSC Stenographer Exam 2017 will be of Objective Multiple Choice type for 200 Marks with 2 Hours Duration, the subject included in this exam are,
I) General Intelligence and Reasoning – For 50 Marks
II) General Awareness – 50 marks
III) English Language and Comprehension – 100 Marks
Skill Test:
Stenographer Grade ‘D’ – 50 Minutes for English and 65 Minutes for Hindi
Stenographer Grade ‘C’ – 40 Minutes for English and 55 Minutes for Hindi
The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English / Hindi at the speed of 100 w.p.m. for the post of Stenographer Grade “C” and 80 w.p.m. for the post of Stenographer Grade “D”
