Educational Qualification:
- Fireman - Those who are willing to apply for Cochin Shipyard Fireman Vacancy must be SSLC Pass and must have undergone Minimum four to six months training in Fire Fighting from a recognised institute or a certificate in Nuclear Biological Chemical Defence and Damage Control (NBCD), including fire fighting on-board ships from Armed Forces/Recognised Institution
- Safety Assistants - Candidates willing to apply for this Cochin Shipyard Safty Assistant vacancy must be a pass in SSLC and must have undergone One year Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Safety from a recognised institute
Experience requirements:
- Fireman - Minimum six months experience in fire fighting
- Safety Assistants - Minimum one year training or experience in safety in a Public Sector Undertaking or a Factory
