- Medical Officer (Full Time): MBBS From an institute recognised by Medical Council of India with 1 year Compulsory Internship and must have registered under West Bengal Medical Council
- Staff Nurse: Must have completed GNM from Indian Nursing Council Recognised Institute with proficiency in local language
- Lab Technician: 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- District Programme Coordinator: Must have completed MBA / Post Graduation Diploma in Management / Health Administration from a recognised university
- Accountant (Full time): Must be a Graduate in Commerce
- ICTC Counsellor: PG Degree / Diploma in Psychology/Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with 1 Year of relevant experience OR Graduate in Psychology/Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with 3 years of relevant experience
- ICTC Lab Technician: Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with 1 year experience OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology with 2 years of experience
- STI Counsellor: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Psychology / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing
- Lab Technician (Blood Bank): Degree / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.L.T)
- Medical Officer: MBBS
- Lady Counsellor: Must be a graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development
