- Dy Chief Financial Officer: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI
- Chief of Personnel: MBA with specialization in Personnel Management
- Synthetic Flight Instructor: As per DGCA Rules
- Manager Sales & Marketing: Must be a Graduate in any discipline
- Manager MMD: Must be a Graduate in any discipline
- Managers Corporate Communication: Must have completed Post Graduation in Mass Communication
- Station Managers: Must be a Graduate
- Technical Assistant: Must have completed Diploma or should possess 3 years full time AME Training course Completion certificate
