TNPSC Notification
Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission have issued the TNPSC notification for the upcoming govt Jobs in Tamil Nadu. Posts Included in this Combined civil service exam are, Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Assistant Commissioner, District Registrar, District Employment Officer and District Officer in Fire and Rescue Service. Candidates Selected for this govt jobs in Tamil Nadu will get the salary of Rs 15600 – 39100/- plus grade pay of Rs 5400/-. Candidates willing to apply have to submit the TNPSC Group 1 online Application form before 08th December 2016.

Age Limit
Assistant Commissioner (CT) – 21 to 30 years, (21 – 31 years for candidates having B.L degree)
For all other posts – 21 to 30 years
5 years of Age relaxation will be provided for SC/SCA/ST/MBC/DC/BC/BCM and DW candidates
Selection Procedure
As per the TNPSC notification, Selection for these Govt Jobs in Tamil Nadu will be made on the basis of the Preliminary exam, Main exam, and Interview.
Preliminary Exam – This is nothing but a screening test for all the candidates. This exam will be for 300 marks of 3 hours duration, Candidates who pass in this test will only be selected for the main exam. The marks scored in this Preliminary exam will not be calculated for preparing the final selection list.
Main Exam – Candidates who qualify the preliminary exam will be allowed for the main exam. This exam will be of 3 papers of 300 marks each and 3 hours duration for each paper.
Interview of Oral Exam – candidates who successfully completes the main exam will be called for interview or Oral exam, This exam will be conducted for 120 marks.
How to Apply TNPSC Online Application
Candidates have to visit the TNPC official website and fill the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Group 1 online application.
Candidates have registered themselves in the TNPC Website by Providing the basic details, This One Time Registration (OTR) is valid for 5 years. After the registration candidates login using the User Id and password and click on the TNPSC Notification of CCS-I exam and follow the procedures for filling the TNPC Group 1 Online Application form.
Note: Candidates have to read the instruction of TNPSC Notification before filling the Group 1 online application form.
After filling the TNPSC online application form, candidates have to pay the application fees of Rs 125/- (Rs 75 for exam fees and Rs 50/- for One time Registration fees) by online mode, or candidates can download the fees payment challan and pay the fees in State bank of India, Indian Bank or In any Post offices.
